Mr. Pallante has 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing real estate and timeshare with a proven track record leading high-powered sales teams and exceeding expectations. His strengths include being able to recruit, hire, and train sales teams to perform at the highest levels. Mr. Pallante has spent his entire career in Southern California where has led sales teams for some of the largest timeshare developers including Pacific Monarch Resorts, Shell Vacations Club, and Wyndham Destinations. He has developed strong relationships within key industry players, which he will leverage to facilitate acquisitions under this business model.
Mr. Reedy brings more than 40 years’ experience in real estate development and management in Colorado and California. Dan brings hands-on sales, development, and project management experience in the resort and hospitality industry. He has managed several multi-million-dollar projects including leading the development of Surfer’s Point Resort in Encinitas, CA. Dan has extensive experience fundraising through private equity for companies seeking funds for expansion and innovation.
Mr. Doxey is a financial and investment analysis expert with over a decade of experience in investment analysis, deal structuring, and capital placement strategies. He has serviced over $70 billion in transactions in public and private deals. In 2018, he co-founded Invictus Commercial Equities, a Private Equity firm which currently has $150 million in AUM. He has raised and deployed over $25M while serving as interim CFO of one of his portfolio companies and he actively works with various investment and operating firms through his own company, Omnia Impact Consultants.
